first into the world of the small business owner. The road was not easy, and she made a few costly marketing mistakes along the way, which forced her to relook at how she went about marketing and selling her business.
She now applies all that she has learned to helping other small businesses navigate the world of sales and marketing and make smart choices when it comes to promoting, advertising and marketing their passion and expertise. The greatest challenge for most small businesses and independents is identifying their target market, and realizing they are in sales. When this happens everything else falls into place.
Patricia’s top priority is meeting the needs of her clients business by increasing sales or adding additional revenue sources either through viral marketing and/or the addition of informational products. ILbyD offers services in marketing copy, informational product design and development, group and one-on-one sales coaching/consulting, sales training workshops and business plan development.
She’s author of the “Help I’m in Sales™” booklets and the L.E.A.D. Zone™ sales method which she designed to help small business owners conquer the fear of selling, feel confident with every new prospect and increase their earning power.
She is currently preparing to release her new website and newsletter “2 Sides 7 Ways to Market.”
Patricia is married and has two cats and currently lives in York PA. One of her many passions is singing and songwriting with her husband Jean-Michel. |
